Tobhias Wikström

After a time as a football player and team captain for Hammarby IF, Tobhias began his flight training. In the Swedish Air Force, Tobhias has served as both division commander and flight commander in Luleå. He has also worked in the headquarters with long-term planning and development of the fighter aircraft system and the selection process. Tobhias founded Parachute in 2021.
Elisa Saarinen

Elisa has a law degree with a focus on Maritime and Transport Law. After several years at the City of Stockholm's legal department, Elisa has worked at the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters at the Legal Staff, which then became the Legal Department.
During her ten years in the Swedish Armed Forces, Elisa worked with legal issues that included disputes in competing interests, land and environmental law issues, building permit and environmental permit issues, permit matters on appeal and damages issues.
Anders Segerby

Anders has a background as a pilot in the Air Force and has served as both Divisional Commander, Flight Commander and Chief of Staff in Ronneby. Anders has a long experience of planning work at strategic level in both headquarters and in NATO. He also has in-depth knowledge of the interaction between society and defense.
Mats Hakkarainen

Mats has held several positions within the Air Force, including Divisional Commander and Flight Commander. He was also Head of Operations in the Air Force Command.
Mats also worked at FMV for several years as head of Europe's largest firing and test range in Vidsel. In the civilian sector, Mats has long been head of Dalaflyget and Dala Airport, which has given him a solid knowledge and experience of airspace and airport issues.
Claes Bernander

Claes has a background as both a civil engineer and a fighter pilot. He has been a technical manager at one of the Air Force's flotillas. Claes has held several positions within the Air Force's management and was for several years head of Sweden's contribution to the Open Skies cooperation agreement. Based on this, Claes has a deep knowledge and understanding of international regulations and relations that affect aviation. Claes still serves as a reserve officer.
Per Nilsson

Per began his career as a fighter pilot and quickly progressed to Division Commander - a position he held for a record nine years. Per has since served in a number of positions at HQ, including in international relations through the Open Skies agreement.
Per has also worked for several years with Test andEvaluation in Vidsel - Europe's largest overland test and firing site. There, Per worked as a project manager and UAV test robot pilot.
Erik B:son Blomberg

Erik B:son Blomberg is a recognized lawyer and former attorney with 20+ years of experience in international business law and has worked at the largest law firms and held several positions as general counsel at private and listed companies operating in a variety of industries. Erik has competed at the Ironman World Championship, Hawaii, and is also a certified Ironman coach. He is a reserve officer in the Air Force.
Rickard Flensburg

Rickard has a long and solid experience of operating at the northernmost latitudes of the globe under difficult Arctic conditions. He has served for a long time on the Swedish icebreakers as both a nautical officer and currently in the role of commander of the icebreaker Frej.
Rickard has participated in several expeditions in both the Arctic and Antarctic, including in the role of ice advisor.
Rickard's knowledge and experience of different types of ice conditions and operating in the Arctic climate is hard to match. This knowledge will come in handy in our projects linked to the infrastructure in the north and logistics flows.
Regarding offshore wind projects in areas with abundant ice, Rickard's knowledge and experience can play a crucial role in finding feasible routes.
Patrik Haraldsson

Patrik also started his career as a fighter pilot. He has also served as an aviation safety officer for several years.
His last years in the Air Force were spent as Airport Manager. After this, Patrik has been acting Airport Manager and Senior Advisor at Pajala Airport, and is currently working as Safety Manager/Mentor at the airport.
Patrik has extensive experience and deep knowledge of the various regulations related to aviation safety, airport operations and aviation operations. He also participates in the development work on "Green Airport".
Per Lundberg

Pär has a solid management and leadership experience and has led operations in both the public and private sectors. Pär is a trained communications officer and has worked for many years in the Armed Forces with management and communication systems.
For several years, Pär also worked with tests and selection at the Armed Forces Recruitment Center and was also one of the first in the development of the Armed Forces Psyops capability. Since then, Pär has worked for several major consulting companies, with leading roles in the defense and security area but also in large infrastructure projects. Most recently, he comes from Sweco where he was responsible for Sweco's operations in urban planning.
Anders Ek

Anders is a man with many strings to his bow. He lives in Gotland and has extensive experience from both the Armed Forces and the energy sector, with a particular focus on district heating and bioenergy.
He previously served as Chief of Staff at the then Military District Gotland, where he trained together with, among others, the emergency services, the police, Swedish Radio and the County Administrative Board.
For several years, Anders lived in Washington DC where he worked as a military attaché and deputy defense attaché in the United States, and assisted, among other things, the US Department of Homeland Security in building a capacity equivalent to our Swedish MSB.
Anders' last position was as a chief development officer in the army - which shows a genuine interest in his colleagues.
Stix Johan Schödin

Johan has 40 years of experience in Air Traffic Services (ATS), both in Sweden and in the Middle East.
He has been head of ATS Luleå-Kallax and regional head of ATS units Kiruna, Gällivare, Pajala, Vidsel, Arvidsjaur and Skellefteå. In Abu Dhabi, Johan was ATS Operations Manager at Al Ain Airport and in Qatar he has worked as a subject matter expert.
Johan has extensive experience of both organization and leadership and contributes with several different perspectives on collaboration between authorities, organizations and the business community in our work linked to total defense issues and critical infrastructure in northern Europe.
